Stuart Jones, President
Stuart Jones has over twenty years of software development experience. His expertise includes enterprise software design and implementation, database design and tuning and project management. His broad background gives him a firm grasp of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), secure web services (REST, SOAP, WS-*), object oriented design, message queueing, streaming media and database design. A senior consultant for over ten years, Dr. Jones has designed, implemented and maintained numerous high-quality enterprise software systems for both datacomm and telecomm companies while simultaneously managing many of these projects. Dr. Jones also provides consulting services in the areas of business requirements gathering, product design and offers training in Microsoft .Net technologies. Before starting his consulting career, Dr. Jones worked at Apollo Computer and Boston Technology. He received his M.S. in computer science from SUNY-Stony Brook and is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Also a recognized composer of modern chamber music, which often employs computer-generated sounds, Dr. Jones earned his PhD in Music Composition from Columbia University. His music is performed in concert halls and music festivals throughout the United States and Europe.
